Better than the liquid!
Just started using them so can’t say for sure if they aid in weight loss or better digestion, but I can say they are more flavorful than the liquid form and easy to chew/don’t get stuck in your teeth. It is now a daily substance that I take.
This product is good for so many reasons. I find that it is very tasty and easy to take because there is no nasty flavor and you can chew it up before swallowing it. Over a period of time, I've noticed that it seems to be adding to my boost of energy. Does not live up to ANY of the CLAIMS!
The ads for the product promised weight loss and to help suppress appetite - NEITHER happened! Did not improve energy or sense of well-being. FLAVOR is scarily addicting. NOTE: EACH gummy is 15 CALORIES and contains 4 carbohydrates, from CANE SUGAR. That means every bottle of 60 gummies = 900 calories. (One lb of weight GAIN is 1,500) calories. Goli brand not for me

Purchase of Goli Nutrition Apple Cider Venegar Gummies
I received Goli Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and they was packaged well. The problem was when I removed the cap, the top of the bottle did not have a seal on it, plus the quanity was a less than what i normally get. With the seal missing i didn't trust using that bottle. Not for me
