Doesn't count floors.
This product looks fine and has some useful features, but it doesn't count floors any more after the last software update. Samsung seem unwilling or unable to fix this with another software update, so this makes it pretty worthless compared to competitor products.

All round winner
Has all the key functions with GPS too! Easy to read! Excellent strap fitting most wrists and there are plentiful add-ons if you so like. Probably the best feature for a Galaxy Note user is the ability to get alerts straight to the wrist; in a bag these larger phones tend to cause missed calls as you don't hear them either ringing or making alerts or you find you don't have time to answer before answerphone grabs the call. Not the easiest to 'program' but that is largely due to the large feature list. Great value.

Disappointing functionality
Bought this watch so that I could track the speed and distance of my runs and listen to Spotify without my phone. It has not lived up to expectations: wouldn't start charging, Spotify app not pre loaded and only available with certain phone types and battery life awful when using GPS and/or music. First issue, I couldn't get it to start charging when it arrived, a common problem by the sound and quantity of the Google search. After fiddling for over an hour I got it charging. Next, the Spotify app is not preloaded on the phone. It is also on available through certain phones and not an Alcatel or iPhone as I tried. The pace and distance tracking was adequate but not great. Present pace was temperamental and not steady. Finally, and this was the deal breaker, the battery life when using GPS and Spotify would last only about 2 hours. I used the Spotify alone (after loading my borrowing someone's Samsung) and it drained 25% of the battery in an hour. All in all a good idea but too many sticking points.

Excellent device to track daily activities
After my microsoft band 2 completly died on me i thought id purchase the gear fit 2...have had it for nearly a month and cant complain.battery tends to last 3 or 4 days...use it alot for football to track my runs and does it with accuracy...even with gps on the battery life is awesome

It was very easy to connect to my phone. So easy to use. Does everything I need it to, step tracker, exercise tracking, sleep tracker. And so much more like notifications. I don't have to constantly look at my phone. It's also encouraging me to keep moving and increase my level of exercise. Good buy!!!

Great product
Product came quickly and in great condition. Only thing i would say i battery life is rubbish and doesn't come with a plug only for USB use. I have quite small wrist so the large strap is too big and need to put it at its tightness.

Watch strap had been repaired badly with super glue
Brought this watch in good faith as per description thinking all was fine . After a few days of wearing the strap broke and to my amazement I found a poor repair had been carried out using super glue on the strap

Didn't mention size on advert
I did not realise until it arrived that this came with a large wrist strap. Now I have had to spend more to get a small strap so I can wear it. Otherwise, great item.

Excellent tracker that works with Apple iOS
Brilliant display, very easy to use, battery last around 2days denpending on which update functions you have enable. Far better than my Fitbit Blaze that this replaced. It works with Spotify where as Fitbit products do not.
