I purchased this item to repair my sons Nintendo switch which developed a fault and would not read the game cartridge. After doing some research i found many scenarios where people had purchased replacement parts but they malfunctioned because they were not compatible with the spec of the machine in terms of the origen. My sons Nintendo was a UK spec machine and this part is 100% compatible. It was easy enough to fit with the addition of some thermal compound and if you are confident with electronics.
