Where have you been all my life!?

Superb kitchen gadget. When I saw the adjustable ends had to have it. For to many years to mention I used two strips of nickels held in duct tape and placed dough between strips to maintain pastry depth. Quick to adjust, quick to use, quick to clean. Jo Jo is the best!
