Mastodon Blaster
It isn't really for the little ones, as this is a massive blaster. Add to that the 6 D-cell batteries that it takes, and it can be pretty heavy. This might not be the best choice for the smaller kids. It fires full auto with the larger Mega darts, which is an intimidating feat in the heat of a Nerf war. This was a hit with my son....he is still a kid at 34!!
This was a difficult "toy" to find for a price you could afford! Most people had them listed for $80+, but the shipping was insane at $40-$65.00...!! That is just rude! I bought this one because the shipping was free and it came to $85.00 which included the tax! Thanks Toys r Us for not ripping off the public too much! I mean it's originally a $64.00 item that everyone wanted so the price got jacked up big time!! There is always going to be that special toy!! That everyone wants..like Hatchables!! Next year it will be something else and this item will be even cheaper!! My son was so happy shooting everyone machine gun style!! It's big and it's built well!.
