A must for stovetop cooking
I like to pan sauce meats before putting them into the over to finish or stove top frying. I have always used a screen in the past to keep the mess down. This works so much better and you don't have to keep removing the screen. I would recommend both sizes. It would be nice if you could buy them in a two pack. Best Kitchen Tool I've Bought in a Decade!
