Peace of Mind and Convenience!
I purchased this because I had seen it many times advertised on TV but never pulled the trigger. The newest version with the outlet capability added another level of value and peace of mind so I decided to buy it. I haven't had a need for jump starting a car yet, but with the frigid Winter we're having I hope I can be of assistance to someone in need. Being able to plug in a lamp or fan or radio when the power goes off for an extended period of time or in a bad storm is peace of mind that can't be matched. The convenience of plugging in a computer or cell phone or other mobile device when you're traveling, have a battery that is running low but you need some type of device to communicate or navigate in an unfamiliar area or whatever the reason you'll find this Halo unit to be a lifesaver. I'm a Realtor and constantly showing homes in areas where I need to use the mapping/navigation feature on my iPhone, but that drains my battery quickly. I lost my car charger years ago and never replaced it and have been caught in very challenging circumstances on more than one occasion where my phone battery was dead and I needed to call someone. Maybe jump starts, but other features are iffy
The improvement of this version over Halo's last is the A/C outlet which supposedly can charge your laptop and provide A/C power. What I discovered is that it shuts down after about five minutes and so does not charge a laptop or power anything for any period of time, despite more than adequate battery power availability. Great Features Portable , led flashlight.USB charging,AC outlet,portable automotive jumper cables.
I believe everyone should have one for Emergencies (Portable) able to jump start your own vehicle if your battery happens to be be dead,don't have to find someone to jump you! and you have your choice of many colors to choose from.

Great Product at a Great Price.
Shipping was Fast! New Halo Bolt , I charged it and jumped my vehicle the Very First time!! Life saver. Everyone should have one of these. MUST HAVE!!!!
The Halo is a must have in ALL cars! I am an impossible sale. My neighbor jumped at the chance to show me how it works when my battery went dead. Jumped my car in less than 30secs. I then drained the battery in my truck just to see if it would jump my Chevy 2500 HD. It too jumped immediately first try. After both jumps Halo still had 4 bars. Perfect
I haven't had to use the car starter but I'm sure it will be a life saver, the light will come in handy when needed and I have used the phone charger and it did its job just as well. Portable Power for Remote Comfort
I had to get one after buying a air mattress for camping only to arrive to our remote location in the Colorado mountains and not be able to inflate it. We slept on the hard, cold ground on the first night, but a co-camper let us use his Halo. It has a 110 outlet built right in and got our air mattress fully inflated in under 2 minutes. Petite stature, huge power. Don't leave home without it.
Don't leave home without it! We were out on our lake in Pennsylvania (meaning we only have a 7 month boating season) for the first time this year having just detailed the boat for the 2018 season and, alas, the huge, dual-battery supported, MerCruiser 350 inboard motor would not start. Alas, the kind boaters in the slip beside ours brought out their Bolt, hooked it up to our main battery and three seconds later, our motor was humming. That same day, I returned home and ordered my own Bolt. It came partially charged, so I finished the charge and tucked it into the glove box of my car. It is petite in stature but a giant in power. I will never go onto the lake, or on a plane (it also charges small items like cell phones), or anywhere in my car, without this in my bag of tricks. Very useful!
