Truly a thing of beauty
This is an awesome knife. I have collected a small number of knives over the last 30+ years since I became a teen and I decided to expand the collection with this beauty. I had recently purchased a Buck 110, my first Buck, and knew I wanted another Buck but a fixed blade. I definitely made the right choice. It's came exactly as pictured, with an absolutely beautiful DC handle and nicely polished brass. The blade is impressive, the longest blade I now own, and is very sharp from the factory. A BEAUTIFUL "USER"
Having collected many knives over decades that have appreciated in value and are NEVER used so as to not depreciate them, I think it is refreshing to know that beautiful AMERICAN made knives like this can be both used and admired for what they truly are, a fabulous tool to take pride in every time it's used. If it begins to show its age from use, BUCK KNIVES company will even sharpen and shine it up for a nominal fee. Wow, awesome knife...What a great deal!
I have owned enough knives (including a USMC Ka-bar) to know a good knife from a bad one. This is a great knife, you can see and feel the quality of a great American made product. This knife is heirloom quality and ready to go out of the box. Some will say it is too nice to use! As pictures do it no justice. I was also pleasantly pleased with the integrity and moral value of Buck knives as stated in the attached instructions. Very American, very old school, and very God inspired. Can't beat a Buck Knife

Great knife...
With the brass guard and pommel, and the Cocobolo laminate wood, this puts this Buck 120 on a different level from the standard version. The brass material adds more weight and I like the feel and balance much better.
