Great Jazz Infused Rock !
I have a couple CD's already from B S & T and the recorded quality is not ever the same.. One however, just a regular CD purchased easily a decade + ago sounds really great on very good equipment.. Purchased this hoping to get some better quality sound and for the most part, it is pretty good. The sound stage is focused on the awesome voice of David Clayton Thomas and this is really nice... Most of the songs have pretty balanced sound from all instruments which is really nice to have. Im glad to add this to the collection.. Love the sound.. Their horns are like no other !!! These guys Rocked !!!

every good boy deserves favour
Its one of the Moody Blues greatest albums and it sounds great in surround.

Nothing sounds better
This recording on SACD is the exception of the rule. It sounds better than my mobile fidelity record copy. Yes, a Cd that sounds better than a record. There is a first time for everything.

If you like BS&T it is worth a listen on a good surround sound system.
As stated it is only 4.0 surround but it is still a very good surround mix of this album.

music is good. recording mix is not. the...
music is good. recording mix is not. there's some instruments missing on some tracks, like drums, horns and keyboards. I would not have purchased this said had I known that.
