GREAT CAMERA
The Sony HX50 is an excellent camera for both pictures and video. The image quality is fantastic. The camera is very easy to use. I bought this camera to be my take every where camera and it's small size is perfect. I always like to carry a camera with me and wanted something small, but not giving up image quality. The 30x zoom works smooth and very well. And the image stabilization works exceptionally well. If you want a awesome looking small easy to use camera with excellent image quality this camera is what you are looking for. I highly recommend this camera and very happy I bought mine. Great camera good value.
Very good quality camera,bought as a travel camera ,performs as i expected, great quality pictures and fantastic zoom (30x) compact,light, can put in pocket, easy to handle, would be much better with a view finder but i new that before i bought it , the money i payed its great value, very pleased. Its perhaps better to spend time man handling all the controls & menus before it becomes easier to use.

Great little photographic tool, the features are numerous and all are useful.
I can't say there are negative features regarding this camera its all there, its light and has plenty of options. Zoom is great and useful, night photography low speed is a big yes. I recommend this wonderful camera to every person who wishes to go on an adventure and capture that moment. Photography made simple.

Brilliant compact camera.
Bought it for my grandson as powershotss similar to mine were so expensive. He has been delighted at super moon pictures he has taken. Raindrops at full zoom were great too. Loves it.

Great camera with limitations
Pros - Great camera with superb zoom. The picture quality is excellent. Cons- almost unusable on a sunny day as you cannot see the screen. The viewfinder which is considered an accessory is more expensive than the camera. I would still recommend.

Compact Sony camera
This is the second HX50 I have had. The first developed a focussing problem but having got spare batteries and the electronic viewfinder I had no option but to buy another. I choose this camera over my full frame DSLR as it is so much lighter and compact. The images are fantastic and the telephoto and anti shake amazing. Thoroughly recommended.

Great pictures
I love this camera it's not to big although I have had smaller cameras but not of same quality it takes great pictures easy to use and batteries seem to last for ever.

Nice product
Used it to take photos over at leat five hours on a full battery (tuned it off between shots when not in use and used my phone as well) Worked very well. No issues.
