Great Beginner Video!
I’m 43 and haven’t worked out in a couple of years. Life gets busy. I’m not overweight but just wanted to tone up a bit. Sore after the first day but so far, it’s been worth it. Jillian is engaging and her instructions are easy to follow.

Still tough workout!
Im 65. This Beginner is still really hard. Doable but hard. You sweat. Wouldn’t have been able to do her regular Shreds I’m sure. Incorporates weights, ab work, little cardio.
