Pie Baking Perfection
Personally I believe Cast Iron is the best cooking utensil. I got this to make better Apple Pies, and I was not disappointed. Lived up to its reputation, This Pie Pan will produce a finished crust that I wasn't able to get even with a Stoneware Pan. Clean up is a breeze, rinse in warm water, dry it and put it away.
