On My Watch Over and Over Stack
This movie was a bit campy and lighthearted and, following the depressing Infinity story line plus the times in which we live, it was pretty darn refreshing to just watch a film for pure entertainment. The characters felt familiar and enough back story was included that it didn't feel like Marvel/Disney just plopped something out there. Comic book film with universal themes
As a blu ray played through a 4k television with a home theatre surround sound set up, all the advantages the disc can offer are taken advantage of in terms of picture quality and sound. This is a film based on a comic series done with a humorous tone. All the actors have been seen in their roles before other than Christian Bale, who is not new to film roles based on comic books. I am actually familiar with the source material so was not surprised with the outcome...as one of the themes is how to deal with loss and death. This is an attempt at balancing fears and emotions we all deal with an approach that allows for dignity and courage. How well the film succeeds at this is certainly up for debate but there is enough action and humor allow for entertainment as Chris Hemsworth is always the Thor that so many adulate.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
