Excellent sequel.
The DVD itself was new and sealed, and excellent value for money. This is an excellent film, as far as sequels go. Usually the sequels are dreadful. The theme carries on from the first film, and the plot was well placed My only gripe would be the final confrontation. it was a little too over the top, it would probably have been better to tone it down a little, making it more believable and more engaging for those viewers who wish to see themselves at the lead role in a film. Overall I think is was a good film, one that I could watch perhaps every 6 to 9 months when there is noting good to watch.

An enjoyable romp, with plenty of action and slickly choreographed fight scenes. Denzel Washington does exactly the same as he did in the First Film. Denzel is a charismatic performer, who is always enjoyable to watch. I thoroughly enjoyed this escapist nonsense.

Good but not great.
Very watchable and exciting but (isn't there always a but) I didn't enjoy it as much as the first film. Can't really explain why, I just didn't. All the cool moves and the bad guy beatings are still present, perhaps it doesn't move forward enough? Still it's highly watchable and well worth a try. Give it a shot!

Must See Action Flick with Denzel Washington
I got this after seeing the 1st one which I enjoyed very much. Showed the inner minds working of an operative having lost his wife. Standing up for principles that give value to being human.....which is seriously lacking in todays world. 2nd one was even better had me glued and on the edge if my sofa. Would recommend getting.

Not bad as sequels go.
Ok so sequels are seldom as good as the original films but I ordered Equaliser 2 with that in mind and I did enjoy it but I maybe won't watch it repeatedly like I did (and still do) with the first one. Denzil is as good as ever and is always watchable, the plot and storyline are, for me, good enough. Worth buying.
