Do the Job
They do help with cravings and easy to carry around. Downside for me is that a pack does not last that long and all in all quite expensive for what they are.

Pack up smoking without the craving!
It works for me. Now I need to replace this for some kind of placebo. I have replaced my addiction to nicotine in cigarettes for nicotine in Niquitin.
