Lots of good stuff in a small book.
I'm a 78 year old bloke and I liked this book so much I'll probably read it again (except the women's stuff). It's an easy to read humorous page turner and the diet stuff is informative and realistic.

Never too old
Bought this book in March as nearing end of some lockdown restrictions. It’s so funny, true and reassuring - if you’re just retired get it, digest it and laugh. Makes you instantly feel younger.
