Notes2014 reissue of the country/bluegrass band's first three albums originally released on the Elektra label dating from 1963,1964 &1965. These albums are a mixture of re-workings of traditional songs plus originals by Doug and Rodney Dillard. Fiddle player Byron Berline had joined the group for 'Pickin' And Fiddlin'. There's no doubt that The Dillards were highly influential on groups such as the Byrds & the Flying Burrito Brothers. Digitally remastered and slipcased and with new notes. BGO.

Best of "The Darlin's". Blue Grass.
From the group that we all love from Andy Griffith show as "The Darlin's". Two CD's of three LP's. Second part of CD #1 is Live "Almost" and features some very funny lines from the bass player/ emcee/ song writer and author Mitch Jayne. He is hilarious!
