My Experience Only
I have been using this product for close to 3 years now and have not really seen any noticeable improvement in my vision. I have also not seen any degradation either. This may be normal as I did not expect my eyesight to improve to 20/20 nor did I expect that I would be able to throw away my reading glasses. So since I can afford this supplement, I will continue to take this in hopes that it is maintaining the nutrients that my eyes need.
