Architecturally design and great features
The 2009 Mac Pro model was the start of the architectural design of upgrades for these “cheese gator” computer a very easy convenience. This computer is a bit heavy, but it looks is a powerhouse computer that still can be measured even with the new Mac desktops to this day. The ease of adding HDD or SSD, CPUs, and graphic cards upgrades makes this Mac Pro very reliable for the home or businesses depending on the use. This particular 2009 Mac Pro 4,1 2.93GHz BTO model also was really designed to upgrade when it was released to the market in latter part of 2009. Also, this computer RAM access is very easy to upgrade with the lower tray being removable and most good well-rounded Mac Pro owners are very familiar with other upgrades as well. Excellent computer
Decription of computer suggested it had nicks and scrathes from prior usage, but it had been totally refurbished and cleaned up, with the latest OS X operating system. This a very fast Mac Pro 6,1 A1289 and was exactly as described. The 1TB hard drive will hold plenty of data. There's room for three more HDDs and I'll probably add an SSD drive in the future. Overall good
System was mostly functional - Bluetooth does not work at all and there was a missing screw on the wireless mini pci-e card so it seems to have been modified previously. Good packaging. My Mac Pro upDated
Excellent machine. Lots of room for updates, room for 4 hard drives and an excellent new processor. Mac OS Sierra ready. Works well. New software like Techtool 9 shows everything working well except one hard drive. Seller says he'll replace and ship a new one. I love tower because theirs just so much you can do to improve them. Good Investment!
This unit was not as bad as I expected cosmetically speaking. Immediately installed a RX 580 graphics card, updated firmware to 5,1 and installed Mojave ver 2. The Last, Best Mac
The last, best Mac. This particular model can be upgraded with a new graphics card for about $150, which makes it capable of running OS X 10.4. So easy to configure and upgrade. Apple lost its way somewhat after they went to the wastebasket design. Now a new Mac Pro that's reminiscent of this great design will run you five figures. The last revision of the Quad-core Mac Pro Tower . . .
This is a good computer. I'm so glad I now have the last revision of the Quad-core Mac Pro Tower that shipped before Apple replaced it with their cylinder trash-can-shaped Mac Pro. It has stunning horse power compared to my 2009 Quad-core Mac Pro. It lets me enjoy Mac OS X High Sierra for the first time. Best mac ever made
Similar performance, infinitely more flexibility and upgradability and 1/3 the price of the 2013 cylinder Mac Pro. This model is unique among macs other than the $6000+ “cheesegrater” in its support of multiple internal hdds, pcie expansion cards, multi socket configurations, ecc server memory, etc. At current prices, a 12 core 24 thread classic mac pro can be had for 1/3 the price of a 4-core cylinder mac pro.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
