Natural Calm works!!!
I've been using this product for many years. It is a wonderful addition to my nightly ritual for relaxation and stress reduction. If we don't go to sleep happy we cannot wake up happy!!! Many products claim miraculous health benefits, but leave me unimpressed when I try it. But Calm actually does help fight the effects of stress, including constipation.
