A very engaging thriller
The screenplay for this film was written quite soon after the "Watergate Affair" and still stands up as a most entertaining thriller , even after all these years. Hoffman & Redford , or is it Redford & Hoffman both excel as the protagonists in this excellent piece of journalistic melodrama. The tension is held throughout the film. Some on the "shocking" revelations may seem tame by today's standards , but in my opinion , the film holds up as a well as a well written piece of history. Disappointing
The sound quality was poor. The actors had obviously been told to speak quickly to show “urgency”. Low sound and fast talking resulted in an incomprehensible “gabble”. It will not be viewed again.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
