Not impressed overall
This is a decent guitar. Not great, but decent.
The natural sustain is practically non existent, but other than that, it is an ok guitar. The frets are super jumbo, and I like the offset dot markers. The EMG active pickup is ok, not great.
I bought this guitar for the sustainiac system, obviously. It is fun to play with, but really not that practical.
The tremolo bridge is not great, either. Definitely not anything high end.
Overall, it is a decent guitar, but not at all worth $800.
I think that Schecter ought to be ashamed of themselves for charging more than $299 for this guitar.
I have several $250 Chinese Jem copies, that I have upgraded with a $40 set of pickups, which are far better instruments.
3 stars.
If I hadn't paid $110 to have this guitar shipped to Costa Rica, I would have returned it.
Honestly.
