Totally as new..BT Boxed: Thanks
Per title..at an excellent price. I purchased this for a friend of my wife & I, who is going through a bad time with her husband..close friend of ours, my golfing partner, best friend for some 56 years who for the past 2 years has had a fast acting dementia. His wife, understandably shell shocked ..and illiterate with anything computerised, as I have a set of similar, but older phones from BT., I set this up for her. We are in our house fully BT Digital Voice, but these phones are easy peasey to set up, robust and well made. So highly recommended, even for the person not versed in technology. First class purchase from an ebay..company here highly trusted and recommended. Thanks from my pal's wife; I put the phones in on my day of 'caring' for him..he also says thanks, in his own 'special' way now!

As described
Seems simple enough. Clear and not that difficult to set up. One of the trio of phones wouldn't register with base due to faulty key but a bit if simple surgery fixed it. Now working fine.

Not Bad For The Price
Larger than the replaced Gigaset & not as solidly built but this phone offers a lot more options, the best being call blocker. Easy to set up for basic requirements. Good ring & caller speech volume, although there are times when caller speech can be a little fuzzy. Worst feature on phone is the lcd display, which looks very dated.

My new phone.
I had to buy a a replacement set of phones as the set I had 2 out of 3 had stopped ringing, the set I bought were described as reconed but they are very clean and so far are working OK. The answer phone was a bit fiddley to set up but I downloaded the manual and got it sorted, the call blocker is good when the home improvement company phone they have to say who they are and you can reject the call without talking to them.

Easy setup
The phones arrived safely packaged. The instructions were easy to follow and all were up and running very soon One feature that may be useful is a call minder, asking unknown callers to allow you to find out who they are before you answer their call.I am happy with the system and consider it good value.

Good quality set of phones
A good quality set of phones Sound quality is excellent reasonably easy to use - The call blocking feature needs a little studying to understand how it works but there is a comprehensive manual and helpline if anyone is unsure Installation and pairing of devices was very easy Overall a very good purchase hwith Good delivery and tracking.

Good features, poor sound quality
The phone has good features but the set we received had very poor sound quality from interference. We bought these to upgrade from the older version (BT8500), but were disappointed.
