Simple, effective, and easy to set up and/or put away..
I love the simplicity that it offers. It is just right for someone like me, a senior who is not wanting to be buffed...just simply to maintain arm/shoulder strength and general fitness. It is very easy to set up and put away when done. I keep it under the bed when not using it.
