Exact same post as PNW Rainier at nearly 1/4 the price!
Take a look at the MTBR review of the PNW Rainier and you'll see that people are raving about it being a bargain at $270. At $75, this post is (which is the same post, without the PNW rebadging!) is an absolute steal. I've only had two rides on it so far, but the build quality seems excellent, the mechanism has no play in it, and it has a perfect speed "quick but soft" lift. Made in Taiwan, 2 year warranty. Wow... really nice
I didn't expect much for the price, but man, this is pretty nice. It has a metal lever/remote and seems pretty well made. It even has infinite height adjustment. In was looking at the PWN Rainier and I'm almost 100% certain that this is the same post, just rebranded for about $200 cheaper! Everything looks identical, specs, pics, remote, seat head screw, etc. My only complaint is the seat post head has a single screw going east/west instead of two going north/south, but you only find those on much more expensive droppers that won't fit your 27.2 hole. It drops
I have used it on four rides thus far, but I'm very pleased with the ease of use and quality. The travel is smooth and predicatable. 80mm of drop dones't seem like a lot, but feels like plenty in use. Install was easy; shortened the cable and housing and was done in about 30 min. The saddle rail clamp uses one bolt, which requires some care when positioning and tightening the clamp. Overall quality and performance is great.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
