Easy to use
Simple easy to use little capsules. No applicator. Works really well and great value for money.

Good pro-biotic strain - natural
These have a good strain (not a histamine producing one). They are natural and think they do make a difference to the balance of things. The quality is fine, but they don't come with an applicator, like their single use anti-fungal one. But not many of the pro-biotic ones do for some reason. Overall ok.
