Glucosamine, Chondroitin with Joint Shield delivers every time :)
If I am without this joint supplement for too long I feel it! Made the error of buying one with turmeric and it was not helpful for me so I wondered why. After being in pain for days I examined the ingredients and realized that one did not have Chondroitin MSM. Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Chondroitin MSM, Glucosamine and Joint Shield is what I need. This product delivers every time. Expiration date is 04/23, Yeahhh!

Really helps ease sore knees.
It's not a cure for sore joints (knees in my case), but it definitely provides a greater level of comfort for me w/ daily use. It also allows me to do some activities (e.g. semi-sprinting, semi-strenuous hiking) I probably wouldn't be able to do otherwise, although there's still soreness afterwards. I will say that I only take 1/day instead of the recommended 2. It's mostly due to the cost, but also because if it's 'Triple Strength', shouldn't 1/day be more than enough?

Relief pain in your knees, and walk up those steps.
I’ve been using these for 12 years now, one in the morning , and one in the evening. Relieved my pain in my knees. Highly recommended.
