Great supplement
This supplement has been most noticeable with my hair. My once thin poker straight hair has acquired a wave with a lot of body. My nails grow very fast . I haven"t noticed a great improvement to my skin.. However, I get a lot of compliments on my skin. So maybe it is working better than I thought. My aches and pains are still present. MY THIN HAIR IS NOW FULL
I never want to wear wigs or fake nails so I bought this recently after menopause ended at 51 and Wow... I only been using this product for a few weeks but my thin hair is fuller and shiny. My nails look healthy. The best part is it helps my digestion too I am no longer constipated. Pain was reduced

No expiration date on product
I sent them to my friend in Vietnam she doesn't want to take it because there are no expiration date on any of six bottles I have purchased.i tried to explain but she said that product made in USA should not sell without expiration date printed clearly because it would people think its look like made in China. Amazing - I had a horrible time with splitting and pealing nails - I never had this problem before - it was just horrible!
