Seymour Duncan Pearly gates set
They are a great set. Very clear and articulate. Low output so pushing the amp is the best way to get great sounding breakup. Yes it takes pedals fine. To me they're something to get used to because I usually get higher output alnico 5s, and the alnico 2s are softer and need pushed harder but the sound is great when achieved. I now get to use the bridge pickup without harshness and the tone knob plays a bigger part in control. Dynamically these made my Les Paul better.

Great blues rock pickups
Exactly what I’m looking for clarity depth character even at high gain levels. If you have an lp style guitar and are looking for a great replacement set can’t do much better

One of Seymour Duncan's better versions
It paired very well with the jimmy Page wire harness that was installed with it in my Les Paul 🤘

Pearly Gates pickups
Really good tone. Make any guitar a tone machine with theses pickups. Made famous by Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top.

A vintage pickup with attitude without loosing the vintage qualities.
The Seymour Duncan description is dead on about these pickups. Best description I can give is a vintage pickup with attitude without loosing the vintage qualities.

They are rock solid
I have used Seymour Duncan pickups in 43 different guitars over the years. They are rock solid, do what they are supposed to do, and have lasted.

They Rock
I replaced the stock pickups in 2000 R9. I was skeptical at first, but very glad I did they sound great.
