Pretty good so far
It gave me energy, followed the dosage, and dropped 10lbs In a month. Of course I also watched what I ate (most of the time) and tried to work out every day as recommended. It didn't make me jiddery / hyper. But with a newborn, the boost was obvious. I plan to use it for another month. Great supplement
I eat healthier, feel full faster, and still feel great and more aware of tasks at hand, and shredding fat. I found a great regiment to use this with my whey and vitamins and work out supplements too and it seems to keep my body working even houra after the gym.
