Having used this specific brand and style off air cleaner on more than one occasion over the years, on street rods and classic cars I enjoyed, I didn't hesitate to choose buying this one recently, to replace the filter that was already in use on a '33 chevy sedan I recently bought. Along with some other updates, to generally give the sedan a fresh start,...which included new plug wires, plugs, rotor, some nice polished wire looms and edelbrock carb I recently rebuilt, and combined with all the things I just named, the air cleaner contributed more than its worth, in a much improved start, idle and overall smoothness in running.
