Top quality resistant band set
I love this set of resistant bands with all the essensial accessories, easy to use and store, take em anywhere without a 2nd thought of heavy weight being carried, as this set is feather light weight, gives you all the top benefits of using gym gear at a bottom price that u pay for the whole set, I enjoy excercising nowwwwww. Look no further, these are really good
Excellent value, I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. The bands and all accessories have very high quality, sturdy, secure and great looking black metal fittings. The protection sleeve for the bands is a nice touch (and I haven't seen it with any other set), allows to anchor the band around a tree, etc. The cables are anchored securely at the ends. So far I've used the bands anchored by my feet and with a door anchor, the exercises were very effective and added great variety to my workout. I hope they last as long as I feel they will, the weakest point is probably the foam on the handles, however generally I have no issues. Easy enough to slip in my handbag and do a bit in my lunch hour.

Ideal for Anyone
I have used this type of resistance band for a long time. They are ideal for exercising in restricted space, on the move or for stretching and some physio. The different colours being different resistance makes them ideal for all users. These particular items are well made and my last set lasted me 18 months until i gave them to someone. Great Value.
