Excellent for track practice!
The Nike Zoom Streak LT is one of the very few track practice shoes you can get. While the trendy, thick, bouncy, slow distance trainers are fine for what they are made for, they are horrible for a typical 6x300m or 8x200m session, common for high school and college sprinters and mid distance runners.
