How can you WALK in that thing?!
Faith Conquers is BRILLIANT!!! usually, great artists like Christopher Moeller aren't very good writers (eg. Larry Elmore) but this is a complex, intricate and ultimately, very satisfying story. the characters are believable and in some cases, likeable. particularly Gopher, the giant ninja newt. with Iron Empires, Moeller has created a dystopian Sci-Fi reality on a par with that of Dune. too bad he hasn't produced more narratives set within it. OK, there is Shiva, but I found that a bit disappointing, not to mention confusing. my one complaint about this graphic novel collection is that it only contains the three instalments of Kazar's redemption story that appeared in DHP, and not the subsequent chapters, but since they were published by Calibre, perhaps there were issues of copyright that prevented this. anyway, do yourself a favour and read Iron Empires : Faith Conquers. do it now!!!
