Stay Away! A totally WORTHLESS laptop certified as 'Excellent-Refurbished'.
I am currently using a Dell XPS 13 9360. Decided to upgrade mine with this 7390. I thought the Excellent-Refurbished would be a good quality. But it's not the case. May be due to gross incompetence the product they sent me had usb c charger connector is damaged. Display constantly flickering. Sometimes the top part of the display can't produce an image. I have attached a picture. I tried to reach out to them and they did not respond. This lemon should not have passed the inspection.
