This product has zero quality loss when set up properly and modified. The problem is that you have to modify it (cut one of the traces on the board) and have to secure the scart plugs (they have a tendency to come out slightly when the switcher is upright, this causes some visual noise). You can do a google search on how to modify the board. At the end of the day it is superior to the Bandridge automatic switcher (because the manual switcher has zero quality loss).
5 RGB SCART inputs, manual switching, RGB SCART out : perfect for hooking up retrogaming consoles.
There is no noticeable signal degradation. It is a passive switcher so requires no power, hence entries have to be manually selected but the signal quality is slightly better than the active automatic Bandridge switcher (check out MyLifeInGaming review for more details).
It's all plastic, very lightweight, but that's just good for what it is, especially at this price.
Absolutely no complaint :)
