The Sun Comes Up (1949) Jeanette MacDONALD, Lloyd Nolan, Claude Jarman Jr
This was Jeanette MacDonald's last picture. The story came from the same writer who wrote "The Yearling" It also stars the boy who played in the yearling Claude Jarman Jr. AND Lassie fresh from starring with Roddy McDowell & Elizabeth Taylor steals the show. Oh and don't forget Pa Kettle Percey Kilbride. Make sure you have a box of tissues handy.
