Improves tv sound
I bought these because they would fit in the shelves of my TV stand.and the sound quality from my new digital tv was not good. They have to be plugged into a seperate amplifier which I already had. I used the optical audio connection from the tv to the amp and connected the speakers as the front spaekers on my suround sound amp. I use my hi-fi wharfedale speakers as the rear part of the surrouind sound. Sounds Fantastic whem playing music and is great for listening to those Drama tv programes where they always seem to mumble or whisper when speaking, which realy used to anoy me. Fantastic Sound

Little powerhouse
