Watery, but consistency also like zinc oxide
I thought this might help with sensitive areas on more mature skin-red areas, blotchiness, etc. But the tube was very watery and once I got some out, I put it on and it was not moisturizing at all, but had the consistency and dried out feeling of zinc oxide.
