Excellent product and value for money.
I am sure there are other disc locks more secure than this one, but for the price, I think this one is excellent quality. I'm using this as part of my motorcycle security along with a strong chain and lock. The lock part seems to work very well and the alarm is quite sensitive. I'm sure it won't stop a determined and properly equipped thief but at least it makes a loud noise when disturbed which might attract attention. It's easy to fit and to arm the alarm. I'm lead to believe by other reviewers that the batteries will last about 6 months but I can't say we have any experience with that side of things. For the money I paid, I am very pleased with this product.

Survived a theft attempt!
Fab little lock! Very sturdy and heavy, what you'd expect in a decent disk lock. Easy to operate - press in and turn key to lock, press button to arm alarm. I like that you can choose whether the alarm is active or not, as it is quite sensitive and can go off in strong winds, so can choose to use it as a normal disk lock in those conditions. The alarm turns itself off automatically after 10 seconds and re-arms itself. The lock doesn't actually fit in the case supplied which is odd. Supplied with 3 keys. Batteries come preinstalled and are said to last 6-9 months. They also supply a spare set of batteries which is fab as they are button type, which can be a pain to source. Overall I think this is a great lock for the price and offers some peace of mind with the additional security of an alarm. EDIT: Somebody actually attempted to steal my bike and couldn't get through this lock! While I was using this, I ended up turning the alarm off permanently because it was just too sensitive. The slightest movement of a bike cover in the wind was enough to set it off, so I ended up just using it as a disk lock. Disappointing because the alarm feature seemed great on paper. However, I can't complain too much and would still give this 5 stars for surviving a theft attempt! Somebody went at it with a screwdriver/crowbar/etc. and tried to pry the lock open, after attempting the same thing on our back patio doors! Luckily the thieves were unsuccessful that night and left empty handed :)

Neat extra security with alarm
Nice, neat, small so will take it with me on trips out (Quite heavy) Currently been used inside garage at home and the siren/alarm gives added piece of mind.(Alarm volume is enough to be annoying to intruder, and sufficient but as with other reviews not super loud, but what do you expect powered off a small battery. Ideal in my circumstances.

New Screamer
This actually went on easier. During a windy few days, the flapping of the bike cover set off the trigger alarm which warns the owner that if persistent distubance the alarm will sound off. Fortunetly this has not happened.

good quality
easy to use gives off a warning before fully sounding off, would have liked it a bit louder but good enough to warn you and deter thieves

useless!
Batteries inside not work upon arrival. Spare set put in & doesn't 'screech' when disturbed. Then, after a few days, I went to use it & it made different & unusual continous noise when 1st locked & continued to do so non-stop.

Decent enough
Does the job, but no better than my previous one for half the price. I think your paying premium for name. Also was old stock with dead battery, 2 yrs out of date.

Not for me.
Usual Oxford quality but doesn't fit on my discs (FZX 750) without a lot of fiddling about. Slightly awkward to use.
