Great Product, Reliable, and of Good Quality
Craftsman products quite normally always come through. I've owned two of the 1/2 hp models and they have really taken a beating, and still lasted a very long time. This 1hp model is especially quite, easy to assemble and install. I'm certain it will be the last door opener I'll ever need, now that the kids have all moved out. : ) However, if I do find a need to purchase another garage door opener due to expansion or I move into another house that needs one, you can be certain I'll be looking for a model from Craftsman. (No, I do not work for, or am I affiliated with the manufacturer. ) : ) I just like the product.

Works like a charm
This is my second craftsman garage door opener. This one replaced my first one, which worked for me for more than 20 years, until it finally cried uncle. This one was easy to install, if you follow the direction provided, and I have no doubt this one will also last me for another 20 years. Excellent!
I have large and heavy garage doors, these 1 HP openers do the job with ease. I installed them both, by myself, without any problems at all. Great Value
The unit has so far exceeded my expectations. Ultra quiet and with 1 HP power, moves our garage door with ease. Many features can be programmed to the needs of the owner/operator, however the Wi-Fi interface is the feature I'm enjoying the most. You can open the door from your phone (anywhere!) and if you think you might've left the door open, take a peek via your phone. Also has an open/close history log.

Never installed a garage door opener
So, never installed a garage door opener before, was a little anxious as I’m not that mechanical inclined. The instruction were very straight forward, you need to take your time and follow them. From start to finish it was a little over 3 hours including removal of the old door opener. Everything fits together as described, even the bolts are to scale in the install manual. I would happily install another Craftsman 57918 opener. Only issue I have/had was the MyQ setup, it’s still a problem that I’m working on.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Love it. Full Auto.
