lightweight with great features
i bought this machine as it is smaller than my brother innovis f420 so i thought it would be useful for taking on holiday and i was right its a lovely machine very quiet easy to use and not too heavy would recommend this machine to anyone

wonderful, easy to use machine
this was listed as a good starter machine. i have used a very old brother machine for over 25 years. i was wary of buying a new one, especially as it said computerised. but its so simple, much easier, lighter,quieter and has more stitches than my old one. from memory my old one cost £359, this much later this cost only £229, why did i wait so long????idiot sheet helps with the start up, but most things are numbered on the machine itself so its hard to get lost. i bought this to make masks, i,ve made and given out 350 in 2 weeks since the day this arrived.oh also delivery was very quick.

Excellent value
This is such a good machine for the price paid and I highly recommend it. It’s lightweight, easy to use and very quiet compared to my previous machine. The self threading needle is a big help and negates the need for a magnifying glass! The added bonus was the free black hold-all to store it in.

Super Quality Sewing Machine
A very sturdy sewing machine made by Brother which is the updated model from the Brother 10A model. A very easy machine to use, with easy tune stitches dial, computerised so you cannot go wrong with stitch or tension setting. Easy to use threading system both top and bottom - the easy drop in bobbin threading is a brilliant Brother innovation used on all their Innvois models. Good needle threading system. High quality build, easily carried with strong carry handle, good range of sewing feet with easily read feet instructions on clear dial, all the feet are labelled and this is a very good system employed as the dial shows you each foot required for each stitch. This is my fifth Brother product and I am not disappointed - this machine I purchased specifically to take to quilting classes and portability. Five star rated product in my opinion.

easy to use
easy to use, manual has clear instructions, no need to use the pedal has a boon to stop and go and easy to control speed, well made and sturdy easy to place bobbin better than old style front load bobbin. I left one star off because there does not seem to be a thread cut off at the back of the foot so have to use a pair of scissors.

It's the best machine I have used Anyone can use it even if you are an absolute beginner and never used a machine before I really like being able to sew without using the foot pedal and change the speed it sews I thought all computer machines would be hard to figure out but this one is so easy I wish I bought it earlier

Great beginner machine
Great product so much better than my old treddle m/c. (Just kidding). This machine does what it say it will do. It is an excellent starter machine and i would highly recommend it. A quality product for the price.
