It’s worked wonders for rehab of injury and I Purchased this one to put in my suitcase as I have a bigger ‘floor standing’ model @ home. Works v well indeed & my friend now wants one who has a shoulder injury who used it whilst we were away too. BE AWARE glass gets extreamly hot, this is to be expected with EVERY infrared heat lamp (including a v v expensive one I have @ home) ... just to pre-warn people AND instructions DO state this v clearly. Well made and does what it says
