A great idea, great value and it works! Highly recommended
These little support arms on the HP Deskjet paper tray are incredibly easy to break off. This little repair kit works perfectly at a much better price than you can buy a new tray from HP. Works great!
First of all, it took a while to get here, but that was the only negative about it. My paper tray had one of the hooks broke off, but the other was still on. In order for this product to work properly, I had to break off the other hook with a pair of pliers, which was simple to do. One of the hooks is slightly smaller than the other, but it is supposed to be that way. I thought it was messed up at first because I put them in wrong, but after I studied it I realized they had to be switched. Once I did that, I hooked the paper tray onto the printer and it works great. Just like new again! What a godsend! A quick easy fix
This is an inexpensive quick fix to the problem. First I cut and filed the broken feet down on my paper tray as instructed. Instead of permanent glue I used white duct tape to adhere the new replacement feet. This did the trick. A quick fix and inexpensive solution!
The replacement parts were very easy to install and there is a video on YouTube that walks you through the installation step by step. Does the job.

Summing it up as a supper Great idea for my printer paper tray Mounting Brackets Repair
The Repair kit is Great !!! The instructions were clear and understandable. The prep work was easy. All you need is a hacksaw and some sandpaper To get the present printer Paper tray ready for the replacement mounting Adapters and a little rubber clue and clamping to set the Adapters in place and a little drying time and you are good to go. Great solution!
While not perfect this “fix” resolved my issue. You may need a file or hacksaw to remove more of the broken arm. I was considering a new printer due to the break. Are you kidding me....???
This product came from France and made by a 3D printer. Accompanied by a kind and concerned letter with instructions on how to.. Couldn’t, be more pleased. I am quite impressed—-as much by the designer as the replacement parts! The newly made tray hooks are white as you can see. They fit perfectly with the help of the letters suggestions.

REPAIR KIT HP OFFICEJET 4500 SERIES PAPER TRAY
I WAS SURPRISED AT THE STRENGTH OF THE 3D PRINTER GENERATED PART. IT'S FIT WAS ACCURATE, I ONLY HAD ONE BROKEN HOOK. I SHAVED OFF THE ROUGH EDGE OF THE BROKEN PIECE ON THE TRAY AND PLACED THE REPAIR PIECE ON IT FOLLOWING THE YOU TUBE VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS. I had one broken arm on my printer tray that was busted so I bought these. It came with two...so to make it work, I had to break off the other arm on my printer tray so everything lined up right.
