Quiet, fast and smooth.
My first thought was the stirring shaft should be removable. After using it, I no longer think that. When you finish making a malt, there is some left on the shaft--no problem put empty glass over shaft and hit the on button. Shaft is clean and ready for the soap and rinse. I would have loved to buy an un-used mix...
I would have loved to buy an un-used mixer, but it works like a dream. My milkshakes are amazing, granted that I don't have a ice cream scoop at the moment so it's all eyeballing right now.
