The best tape, The best brand
This is my preferred tape measure. I have used them all. Dewalt , Lufkin, Kobalt and Milwaukee, 25 and 30 ft. Stanley FatMax is the alpha. I am a residential plumber. So I don’t need any more than 16ft if you do something else then maybe you need more that 16 but I don’t. It’s lite and the auto lock feature is my favorite thing.
