As expected
It seems to work as expected. Maybe that should just be 4 stars? But I'll give it 5 since I don't have any complaints. Tip for anyone like me who never used a foot pod before: Calibrate it by running outside using GPS (not the pod) to track distance and speed (but with the pod connected...obviously?). Try to run your average speed. Then it should be good for indoor use for runs at a similar speed. It may be less accurate as one deviates from their average, but I believe this is expected as one's running form usually changes with speed and the pod isn't sophisticated enough to adjust. (I'll note I use a Garmin watch. Calibration might work differently with a different brand of device. But I do expect this to work for all Garmin watches.)

Yay! Miles on Treadmill with my Watch
It paired to my 735xt Garmin Watch no problems. It's supposed to get better at distance speed if you also do outdoor activities, as of right now mine rarely matches what the treadmill says so it looks short. I'm hoping I start getting better distances soon.

Decent footpod

Locks fast and works great
My watch does not have the capability to track my distance on the treadmill, so I needed a footpod. This one locks up fast and works great. The first time I used it the distance was about a tenth of a mile off after three miles, but it has gotten closer to what the treadmill says each time I have used it.

Bulky but works in a pinch
This is the first generation Garmin Footpod. It is about 1.5 inches long by .75 inches wide. It is much bigger than later models but the technology works the same. I am still trying to get it to fully synchronize with my treadmill but it is much better than not having one at all.

Solved most of my issues.
Only issues are two- it is hard to calibrate, and doesn't count steps while on treadmill holding on. Measures distance, but doesn't seem to count the steps.

Good value for a great product.

Information on pairing to watch and calibrating product not readily available. First use on treadmill generated horribly inaccurate results.

Great product
Helps me know exactly how much I ran on the treadmill. Mist treadmills are not calibrated. This allows you to know exactly how much you ran. I love it. Works well. Pairs with my garmin watch and is perfect.

Works Well
Unfortunately Garmin did away with the foot pod. Only thing that is compatible with their lower end watches. Works well.
