You want to improve buy it.....
Every golfer should have one of these. It helps with your impact timing and swing speed. For me it helps support all swing techniques at a much faster quality swing speed. It doesn't happen over night you must practice with it daily. Videoing yourself helps as well so you see what your doing wrong and correct it.
