Gets the job done fantastic program
This came out years ago in a book and VHS it is by far one of the easiest and most effective exercise routines anyone with a bad back can do.

My old friend
Revisiting Callanetics after 20 years. I never felt as good as when I was using Callanetics every day. It worked for me then. I'm a lot older now and have lost 55+ pounds and need to firm up. I can do Callanetics in my home. I can feel and see the promised results with a system I understand and love..
