Amazing value and great read
The book arrived relatively quickly in good packaging. The only noticeable flaws are a slight center fold on the top of the front cover that extends about throughout the entirety book (not very noticeable in the latter pages of the book but present nonetheless), yellowing of the pages (to be expected), and more inconspicuous creases/folds on the edges of both the front and back cover. There was no writing in my copy, the book stays relatively flat, and there was no old book odor noticeable. The covers still have great color with no fading. Very good value and amazing read so far. Great read for anyone interested in the restaurant business.

Great

The best book I have EVER read
This book has it all! I have never laughed so hard reading any other book before. A must for those in the culinary field, but also a great read for everyone else. Anthony Bourdain is a gifted Chef, writer, and entertainer. He gives a true and humorous look at the world of culinary. At his personal best
This is a work through which Tony Bourdain and his shoot from the hip, no nonsense, brutally truthful, cynical, insightful, and interesting nature come through with resonant clarity. Classic Bourdain
